Who we hire

We recruit caring, reliable professionals who want to make a real difference to patients at home in Qatar.

Nursing

Homecare nurses, registered nurses, assistant nurses and midwives supporting adult and paediatric patients.

  • Valid nursing qualification (3+ years)
  • Registered in home country; QCHP licence or eligible
  • Minimum 2 years clinical experience after registration

Health professionals

Physiotherapists, lab technicians, phlebotomists, pharmacists and other allied health professionals.

  • Relevant degree or diploma in your speciality
  • Current licence in home country (and QCHP where applicable)
  • Experience in hospitals, clinics or homecare

Non‑medical roles

Care assistants, drivers, call‑centre agents, operations and administrative support.

  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Caregiving or customer‑facing experience preferred
  • For drivers: valid driving licence and safe record

Shortlist expectations

To protect our patients and meet licensing requirements in Qatar, shortlisted candidates will normally meet these minimum criteria.

  • Valid professional qualification relevant to the role.
  • Valid health licence in Qatar or in your home country (for clinical roles).
  • Minimum 2 years post‑qualification clinical experience for nurses and most health professionals.
  • Clean professional record and ability to provide references.
  • Willingness to provide attested certificates, police clearance and complete licensing checks if required.
  • For non‑medical roles: strong reliability, communication skills and safe driving record where applicable.

Meeting these guidelines does not guarantee an offer, but helps us shortlist applications fairly and safely in line with QCHP and local regulations.
